Nut nougat "Turroneddu" in a 200g box

Pruneddu nougat is handcrafted in Tonaże, in Barbagia, the heart of Sardinia.

It is made using an ancient recipe and four simple ingredients: honey, egg white, wafer and lots of carefully selected dried fruit.

The sugars contained in this product are those naturally found in honey; the Pruneddu recipe boasts the absence of other sugars and sweeteners, respecting the ancient tradition and authenticity of the product.

INGREDIENTS: honey (58%), walnuts/almonds/hazelnuts (40%), egg white, wafers. Wafer ingredients: potato starch, water, olive oil.

It is recommended to consume the product cold, as low temperature enhances the characteristic sweetness of honey.
