Origin: The fruit of the strawberry tree ( Corbezzolo ), rich in vitamin C, is harvested on the Ibba farm in the heart of Sardinia (approx. 1000 m above sea level).
The secret of the recipe: The jam is thickened naturally – by adding apples from the Gennargentu region, eliminating the need to use chemical thickeners.
